Ban government “vaccination passports”

To prohibit the state or local governments from producing, issuing or entering contracts to produce or issue, a COVID-19 vaccine passport, subject to a $1,000 penalty per violation. The bill would also ban governments from providing an incentive to a person to require or use a vaccination passport.
