2021 Senate Bill 242: Make county commissioners terms four years

To change the terms of county commissioners to four years, instead of the current two years “concurrent” with state representatives. If a position became vacant before the general election that occurs between the quadrennial commission elections there would be an election for a replacement.   Official Text and Analysis.
