To revise and expand many of the state laws, regulations, requirements, fines, fees and more related to landfills, solid waste and recycling mandates. This bill revises details of landfill bond requirements, and is part of a legislative package comprised of House Bills 4453 to 4461, and revises the law governing solid waste management plans that municipalities are required to create and maintain.
