2019 Senate Bill 667: Expand “port authority” powers
Introduced by Sen. Adam Hollier D-Detroit's North End on December 4, 2019
To permit existing government “port authorities” to enter into “public-private partnerships” with a port developer or other local port interests. This would not apply to bridge or tunnel projects, and a provision in a current port authority law authorizing property takings by eminent domain would be repealed.   Official Text and Analysis.
