2019 Senate Bill 660: Permit student athletes to earn endorsement revenue

To prohibit colleges, or the NCAA or other organizations with authority over intercollegiate athletics, from prohibiting a student from participating in sports if the student has received compensation for the use of the student's name, image, likeness rights, or athletic reputation, or if the student hires an agent.   Official Text and Analysis.
