To add $9.6 million in "performance funding" divided amongst the colleges.

The House version of the fiscal year 2019-2020 community colleges budget. This would appropriate $414.7 million in gross spending, which is all from state taxes and fees (no federal dollars). This would increase operations grants to community colleges by 1 percent over the previous year.
