Restrict child custody changes for active military member

To revise a <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2005-HB-5100">2005 law</a> prohibiting a court from changing an established child custody or parenting time order of a parent has been called to active duty in the military (unless it is the best interest of the child), so as to also allow the military parent at any stage before final judgment in the proceedings to request a stay until he or she has returned from duty.
