2013 Senate Bill 74: Mandate school “cyberbully” policies

To revise the 2011 law mandating that schools adopt anti-“bullying” policies, by requiring that their policies also address “cyberbullying.” Also, to require schools to annually file reports on “bullying” incidents to the state.   Official Text and Analysis.
