2012 Senate Bill 1313: Revise child pornography prosecution detail

To prohibit the defendant in a criminal child pornography trial from being given pictorial evidence of the child being exploited in this way, as long as the defense is given the opportunity to inspect and review the material in the prosecutor’s office or elsewhere.   Official Text and Analysis.
