2011 Senate Bill 278: Require periodic review of state regulations

To require state agencies and relevant legislative committees to review each regulation promulgated by an agency every five years to determine whether there is any increased impact on small business since the rule was adopted or the last review, and whether the rule is still needed, duplicative, overly complex, complaint-ridden, etc.   Official Text and Analysis.
