Also, to repeal the state ban on Sunday morning (and Christmas) liquor sales if a store pays extra for a license and the local government doesn't have a ban; authorize liquor licenses for certain continuing care nursing homes; allow wine, beer and brandy maker tastings in package liquor stores; and more.
