2021 Senate Bill 360: Authorize certain developer tax breaks, and housing subsidies

To give state income tax credits to companies that give money to “local impact housing trust funds” that finance “employer-assisted housing projects” proposed by Senate Bill 361 and get the property tax breaks proposed by Senate Bill 362. The Senate Fiscal Agency reports the cost of giving these selective subsides is an "unknown and potentially significant amount".   Official Text and Analysis.
