Authorize workers comp benefits for adverse vaccination reaction

To establish that if an employer mandates vaccination as a condition of employment and an employee has an “adverse reaction” this may be covered by the state’s injured workers compensation system, which is paid for by employers at rates determined by their actual experience level.
