2021 House Bill 4562: Revise parole details

To revise a provision requiring state parole board to review a parole denial within two years, by extending this to five years if a majority of board finds that the prisoner's history of predatory, deviant, or violent behavior indicates there is a present risk to public safety that cannot reasonably be expected to be mitigated in less than that amount of time.   Official Text and Analysis.
