To require the state Department of Technology, Management, and Budget to issue directives to all state agencies to have a database security breach policy in effect by October 1, 2021. The bill would also require the agency to notify within three days legislators who represent a person who suffered as a result. This is part of a package comprised of House Bills 4435 to 4442.
