2021 House Bill 4431: Revise charitable gambling law detail

To revise the definition of “occasion” in the law that permits bingo and charitable gaming. Reportedly a 2019 change in the law limited the number of bingo games and raffles a charitable organization could be permitted to hold on a single day, and this bill would restore the previous provisions.   Official Text and Analysis.
