Ban etizolam

To define the drug “etizolam” as a “schedule 1” controlled substance, meaning it would be in the same illegal drug category as cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin, LSD, etc. Etizolam is used to treat insomnia and anxiety attacks, but is not approved for medical use by the US FDA.
