Revise permitted users of “HOV lanes”

To revise a law that authorizes the state or local road agencies to designate one or more lanes of a highway as a high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane. The bill would add motorcycles, all buses (not just certain municipal ones) and “any other class of vehicle” at the discretion of the agency with jurisdiction over the road.
