2019 Senate Bill 99: Juvenile justice “raise the age” reform

To establish that 17 year olds who violate a court-ordered personal protection order would be referred to the juvenile justice system, rather than being subject to criminal contempt of court. This is part of a broader "raise the age" juvenile justice reform effort.   Official Text and Analysis.
