Create crime victim confidential address program

To revise the enhanced drivers license law to accommodate the proposal in to accommodate the crime victim address confidentiality program proposed by Senate Bill 70. This proposes that the state Attorney General give victims a “designated address” to which mail could be sent and then forwarded to the individual’s actual location. Under this bill the designated address would be the one that appears on an enhanced driver license and enhanced official state personal identification cards.
