2019 Senate Bill 667

Expand “port authority” powers

Introduced in the Senate

Dec. 4, 2019

Introduced by Sen. Adam Hollier (D-2)

To permit existing government “port authorities” to enter into “public-private partnerships” with a port developer or other local port interests. This would not apply to bridge or tunnel projects, and a provision in a current port authority law authorizing property takings by eminent domain would be repealed.
