Revise identity theft crime details

To revise details of a law that authorizes property forfeitures for identity theft crimes. The bill would require a criminal conviction for forfeitures of property worth less than $50,000, and would revise other details of this law to accommodate other identity theft law amendments proposed by Senate Bills 652 to 654.
