Raise overtime exemption threshold for salaried employees

To raise the pay level at which it becomes unlawful for an employer to pay salary rather that wages and overtime to an executive, administrator, or professional who is exempt from the state-mandated overtime requirements that apply to hourly wage employees. The bill would gradually raise the threshold pay level from $673 per week to $1,057 per week in 2024.
