Impose comprehensive regulatory regime on “temp” services

To impose a comprehensive regulatory regime on temporary labor service agencies (“temp” services), including extensive record keeping and reporting mandates on the agencies, and some on employers who hire the service. The bill would impose a $1,000 registration fee on temp agencies.
