2019 House Bill 4911: Authorize eviction for false emotional support animal claim

To allow a landlord to evict a tenant who falsely claimed that a member of household has a disability or is in possession of an emotional support animal prescribed by a (legitimate) medical service professional. See House Bill 4910.   Official Text and Analysis.
