Repeal obsolete traffic law passing detail

To revise a provision of the state’s traffic law that prescribes rules for passing a car going in the same direction. The current law states that, “…the driver of an overtaken vehicle shall give way to the right in favor of the overtaking vehicle on audible signal…" The bill would eliminate the phrase, “on audible signal”.
