2019 House Bill 4213: Authorize 4:00 a.m. liquor licenses

To allow local governments to allow on-premises liquor sales between the hours of 2 a.m. and 4 a.m., and if they do, allow a bar or restaurant to apply to the state Liquor Control Commission for a license that permits this.   Official Text and Analysis.
