Require annual MCCA audits

To require an annual audit of the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association by an independent audit firm. MCCA is the entity established to provide reinsurance to cover the liability of individual auto insurance companies when paying for unlimited medical claims above a specified amount per incident (currently $555,000), as required by the state no-fault auto insurance law.
