Mandate wholesale drug price increase notices

To mandate that drug makers give 60 day advance notice to wholesale buyers and file detailed information related to increases of at least 12 percent in the wholesale price of a drug that costs at least $40 for a course of treatment, with violations subject to fines of $100,000 per day.
