Expand scope of child abuse reporting mandate

To expand the law that requires certain health care professionals and social workers to report suspected child abuse. Under the bill the reporting mandate would be extended to individuals employed in a professional capacity at a postsecondary educational institution, or who were paid or volunteered to conduct K-12 or postsecondary interscholastic athletic or youth recreational activities.
