Require conviction for nuisance property forfeiture

To establish that a building, vehicle, boat, aircraft or their contents that have been seized because of being deemed a "nuisance,” or are not subject to forfeiture and sale unless an individual is actually convicted. Forfeiture is the legal process that allows police and prosecutors to keep seized property even if there has been no arrest or prosecution.
