2018 House Bill 5639: Authorize “assembled vehicle” titles and VINs

To require the Secretary of State to issue a vehicle identification number and title to the owner of an “assembled vehicle” that has the usual car safety equipment like headlights and tail lights, brakes, safety glass, etc. This applies to “kit” cars, rebodied cars, dune buggies, hot rods, etc.   Official Text and Analysis.
