2017 House Bill 5235: Revise employer wage regulations

To prescribe details of the deadlines by which employers must pay employees who earn wages paid on a regular monthly basis. Current law requires wages to be paid on the last day of the monthly pay period, and under the bill employers would have 16 extra days to process their payroll.   Official Text and Analysis.
