2016 House Bill 5409: Create statewide policy on seclusion and restraint in schools

To declare a legislative “finding” that certain specified factors should be considered in creating a uniform policy on the use of seclusion and restraint in public schools. This is part of a package comprised of House Bills 5409 to 5416 to gradually establish and implement this in all schools.   Official Text and Analysis.
