To revise an exemption to a prohibition against kickbacks, bribes, and rebates to providers of health care goods, services, and benefits. To revise an exemption to a prohibition against kickbacks, bribes, and rebates to providers of health care goods, services, and benefits. The bill would expand a provision that allows a customer rebate on a multiple sclerosis drug, to permit these to be paid to a third party on the customer’s behalf.
