Give “biobased” product state purchasing preference

To require the state to give preference in purchasing and procurement to “biobased” products. Contracts would have to be given to providers of equivalent “biobased” products. The bill was cosponsored by Republicans Triston Cole, Ben Glardon, Hank Vaupel, along with Democrats George Darany and Bill LaVoy.
