2015 House Bill 4723: Revise wage garnishment detail

To require an employer to notify an employee a that a court-ordered garnishment of an individual’s wages will begin at least one pay period or 10 days in advance, whichever is longer. Current law require notice “at least one pay period” in advance.   Official Text and Analysis.
