2015 House Bill 4684: Revise road funding allocations

To “flip” the allocation of state road repair funding from 39.1 percent for state highways and 21.8 percent for cities and villages, to 39.1 percent for cities and villages and 21.8 percent for state highways. Counties would continue to get the same amount as currently, 39.1 percent.   Official Text and Analysis.
