2015 House Bill 4208: Ban felony record questions on initial job application

To prohibit an employer from including questions about an applicant’s felony record on an initial job application. The prohibition would not apply to a background check or inquiry that takes place after the initial application, or which is necessary to comply state or federal law.   Official Text and Analysis.
