To revise a law that requires a political communication that refers to a clearly identified candidate or ballot question and is targeted to the relevant electorate to disclose the identity of the person sponsoring or paying for it published within 60 days before a general election or 30 days before a primary election. Under the bill that period would run from 60 days before the primary right through the general election.
