2014 House Bill 5416: Ban employment discrimination based on “reproductive health decisions”

On to prohibit an employer from asking about or discriminating in compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment on the basis of an employee or job applicant’s “reproductive health decisions,” or those of a dependent, or on the basis of the employer's personal beliefs concerning such issues.   Official Text and Analysis.
