Introduced in the House

Jan. 28, 2014

Introduced by Rep. Peter MacGregor (R-73)

To revise the provision of Gov. Rick Snyder's tax reform and business tax cut that partially eliminated some income tax exemptions for pension income. The bill would expand the law’s age-based pension income exemptions by eliminating restrictions based on the year a person was born.
