Revise liquor control regulatory regime

To revise many details of the state’s liquor distribution regulatory regime to reflect the recommendations of an advisory committee convened by Gov. Rick Snyder. Among many other changes, the bill would exempt small breweries and wineries from the mandate to only distribute their products through the wholesaler distribution monopolies authorized by this law.
