“Nullify” federal firearms restrictions

To prohibit enforcement in this state of federally imposed restrictions on the manufacture or sale of firearms, ammunition and accessories (such as magazines and clips) that are owned or manufactured exclusively within the borders of this state. Violations would be subject to criminal penalties of up to five years in prison.
