Authorize school “cardiac emergency response drills”

Introduced in the House

Feb. 19, 2013

Introduced by Rep. Gail Haines (R-43)

To allow schools to substitute a “cardiac emergency response drill” for one of the eight fire drills schools are required to hold each year, and require this if the school has defibrillator devices.
