Revise serious crime sanctions for minors

To revise the law prohibiting parole for certain very serious crimes to reflect changes in the application of this and related laws for juvenile offenders. This is one of a number bills to revise the treatment of juveniles convicted of serious crimes so as to conform with the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Miller v Alabama.
