2012 Senate Bill 1118: Revise medical malpractice details

To establish that when filed on behalf of a deceased person, a two year statute of limitations for filing a medical malpractice lawsuit begins when a personal representative for the estate is named. Also, to establish that interest charges on an award of attorney fees and costs only can be charged starting on the date of the judgment.   Official Text and Analysis.
