2012 Senate Bill 1064: Preempt certain local wireless equipment bans

To preempt local governments from banning the co-location of “wireless communications equipment” on an existing wireless tower or “equipment compound,” if only a small increase in height (10 percent) or size (2,500 sq. feet) is proposed.
