Limit unlimited PIP provider pay rates

To impose reimbursement limits on providers of low-skilled personal services provided to injured or disabled individuals who are receiving benefits under the unlimited personal injury protection (PIP) insurance coverage mandated by the state’s no-fault auto insurance law. Also, to limit PIP reimbursements to skilled medical professionals and facilities to the same capped levels currently imposed under the state’s workers' compensation law.
