2011 House Bill 4723: “Bridge card” reform package

To require the Department of Human Services to cross-reference state prison population data with the names of those who have welfare “bridge cards,” and revoke their bridge cards. “Bridge cards” are debit cards that have replaced food stamps and are also used for cash welfare payments.   Official Text and Analysis.
